The National Skills Bulletin provides an excellent guide to inform and shape policy, especially in terms of the skills, including re-skilling opportunities, that can be delivered through Ireland's education and training system. The report offers a detailed overview of the labour market in 2021, and it examines a wide range of occupations which highlight the jobs most in demand, while identifying where challenges are occurring.
Skills and labour shortages are identified in our latest National Skills Bulletin across a number of occupations; potential shortages were for roles with increased demand but which had yet to see a full recovery in employment post-pandemic.
