Industry called upon to help identify best practice in STEM education and engagement23 October 2018
Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) and the Department of Education and Skills have launched a study asking businesses across the country to assess their science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) engagement with schools and third-level institutions (link to the press release here). This is part of a wider plan to identify and improve STEM support for students in Ireland.
The first phase of the plan is a tailored online survey, and we invite you to participate in this survey as you have had contact with SFI in the recent past. As a result, your knowledge and opinions will provide vital insights into the STEM engagement of businesses with schools and third-level institutions.
The survey will take between five to fifteen minutes to complete, depending on your level of engagement with schools and third-level institutions, and the link to the online survey ishere
If you wish to view a Word version of the survey before completing it online, the questionnaire is available for download here.
If you have any queries regarding the survey, please contact Dr. Stephen Erskine at 01 6612467 or email@example.com, and if you would like any further information about this research project, please contact Jackie O’Dowd at 01 6073015 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
