Micro and small businesses with less than 50 employees make up over 98% of businesses in Ireland. Through their own services and as part of dynamic supply chains with larger apprentice employers they deliver innovation and durability. Celebrating the contribution of micro, SME and large companies and their apprentices underpins the 2022 award themes:
(i) Pioneering micro & small companies employing apprentices
(ii) Across companies of all sizes -micro, SME and large - good examples of practice in workplace diversity benefiting apprentices
How to nominate
Nominations are free via the short online nomination form overleaf. Employers can enter themselves or can be nominated by apprentices, partner businesses or education and training providers.
