Skills to Advance - Leadership and Management Certificate ILM level 4(NFQ 6)

New Leadership and Management Programme

Now, more than ever, companies need to ensure that they have strong people management skills.

In response to the critical challenges that industry sectors are facing, a Leadership and Management training initiative is now available through Skills to Advance.

Based on the key business needs of companies, the programme was developed by SOLAS and the Education and Training Boards, working in collaboration with employers, IDA Ireland, Enterprise Ireland and the Regional Skills Fora.

Providing highly subsidised training to upskill supervisory staff, this programme will maximise a company’s ability to deal with the business environment, its challenges and opportunities.

This programme is part of the national Skills to Advance Further Education and Training initiative, which supports businesses to develop their workforce. It was launched initially by the four ETBs in the North East and North West regions and it will now be rolled out nationally in other ETBs around the country.
