Next THRIVE programme starts on 17th October 2022 (evenings) to support and empower women to pursue careers and businesses in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) to meet the growing career opportunities for women in this sector. The programme is built on three pillars - Capability, Connections and Confidence to support women to pursue a career or business in a STEM industry. It is suitable for career changers, work returners, female entrepreneursand women in STEM for career/business development and progression. THRIVE is also supported by a female STEM network with our next event on 20th October in Crowne Plaza Dundalk.

Launched in 2021 to support women to bring their skills, talents and experience to the fast-growing STEM sector. THRIVE is a blended delivered programme (in person and online) in RDC DkIT in partnership with Enterprise Ireland, AIB and Local Enterprise Offices Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. Next programme starts 17th October 2022. Limited places available. Application form is on our website www.thrive4women.ie (or see link below). Please note this programme is fee paying (€667 with M1 Skillsnet funding eligibility) but we have access to a number of bursaries to ensure that this programme is accessible to all.
