Excellent courses offered by Dundalk Institute of Technology in the Food and Agri Business Sector. These courses are 100% funded or heavily subsidised to eligible learners under the Springboard+ funding initiative. Commencing soon!
The aim of this programme is to upskill charge hands, supervisors, trainee managers and general operatives in the food industry in the area of quality management, food processing and operations management, while also focusing largely on developing interpersonal and managerial skills.
This part-time course has been designed to up-skill existing science and agriculture graduates with a view to increasing their employability in the Agri-Food sector. The technical skills of these graduates will be enhanced to enable them to contribute to the cost-effective development and marketing of products in this sector.
The aim of the course is to provide learners the skills in the use of data analytics in agricultural contexts. These skills can be applied directly to farming, the Agri-Food and other Agri-Businesses, in advisory services and in the fast-growing ‘agri-tech’ sector.
