Coding Careers for Women - how your company can get involved
2 November 2021 The Coding Careers for Women programme offers women a pathway into a career in the tech industry. It combines a 52-week online Diploma in Software Development with a 3-month work-placement, in partnership with the local tech industry. This joint initiative is intended to be a stepping stone to a career in the technology sector, where less than 25% of tech roles in Ireland are currently filled by women.
