Harnessing Ireland - The Digital Ireland Framework is set out across four core dimensions, which are in line with the four cardinal points of the EU’s Digital Compass: Digital Transformation of Business; Digital Infrastructure; Skills; and Digitalisation of Public Services, and this is supported by a modern, cohesive, well-resourced regulatory framework. It seeks to position Ireland as a digital leader, driving and enabling digital transformation across the economy and society.
