The Explore Programme

The Explore Programme is a 100% government funded digital upskilling programme for operators & trades in Cork & Kerry manufacturing/engineering companies. 

This programme is a 6 week coaching programme which starts with a half day induction day & two further full day workshops off-site, with further mentoring/coaching supports available in between via online, phone call & one on-site visit. 

The programme focuses on a bespoke work related project and coaching on key software packages.
