We have identified a skills gap which has led to a shortage of trained and skilled bakers in the West region. After consulting with other representatives of the bakery industry in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon, we have noted an interest in creating a funded/subsidised bakery trainee programme, which would help to address this issue. 

At this event, we will discuss in detail creating such a funded/subsidised bakery trainee programme.

During the consultation you would learn about other funded courses available for your company and we would welcome your input about other training related issues your company faces, with a view to figuring out solutions to resolve these.
