bia-innovator

Bia Innovator Campus CLG is a non profit entity, initiated by the Galway County Council, including the Local Enterprise Office, together with Taegsc, and supported by GRETB, SCCUL Enterprise Ltd, Athenry Community Council and the Western Development Commission.

The work of the Bia Innovator Campus focuses on the key four areas:

  • Food innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Culinary education and upskilling
  • Experiential food tourism
  • Rural development and community rejuvenation

The aim of the Education and Leaning Sub-Committee is: "To facilitate individual, community and regional economic growth for the agri-food sector as a not for profit organisation in a sustainable and ethical manner. This will be achieved through economic, community and rural development activities, including the provision of supports and infrastructure, providing value for money."

Regional Skills Forum West will be supporting skills development and new course creation in the food and drink sector in the West.

We look forward to fruitful cooperation with Bia Innovator Campus!
