The meeting was hosted by Denise Rocks, West Regional Skills Forum Manager, and chaired by Mark Gantly.
The WRSF members reviewed the variety of NUI Galway and GMIT courses, which are now available through Springboard +.
The working groups - the Sales Professional Network and the Manufacturing Excellence Network - gave an overview of their ongoing work, promoting the sales and manufacturing industries in the region.
A presentation was given on the new, state-of-the-art, facilities of the BIA Innovator Campus CLG.
The group also discussed the challenges which the hospitality sector is currently facing, coming out of a long lockdown, and the ways to improve the industry going forward.
